Refund & Warranty Policy

At DAVINTH, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering premium timepieces crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, accessories, protective films, and documentation must be included.

• The return request must be approved by our support team before the item is shipped back.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Products showing signs of wear, use, modification, or damage.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items returned without prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

12-Month Warranty

Every DAVINTH timepiece is backed by our 12-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Movement malfunctions under normal use

• Crown and time-setting mechanism defects

• Mechanical issues resulting from production faults

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Improper use or handling

• Water damage caused by misuse

• Scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Lost or stolen products

If a warranty issue occurs, please contact our support team with your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue.

After review, DAVINTH may offer a repair, replacement, replacement parts, or store credit at its discretion.
